1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hired ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hired is a job search pipeline tracker that helps you manage job opportunities, positions, interviews, and offers. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a Google account via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free plan: Core features with usage limits
  • Basic and Premium plans: Additional features billed monthly or yearly via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (opportunities, notes, uploaded files, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Interview prep, resume optimization, and position search results are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
